Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our two-day exchange and return policy is flexible.

Vastranzo thoroughly inspects and packages each item, paying special attention to every last detail. However, we will be happy to address the issue or, if required, exchange the item if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is there to assist you with your return.

Policy for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Two days after the delivery date, items may be returned.
  • Consumers are solely responsible for initiating the entire return and exchange process if they are unhappy with their purchase. If a customer returns an item to a business within two days after delivery, they are responsible for covering the shipping charges.
  • Within 2 to 5 working days after we get it, we will ship the replacement item to you.
  • When the customer receives the order and pays the delivery person in the case of C.O.D., the return and exchange process for the order will begin. A voucher must be given when the order is prepaid. 
  • Jewelry, Hair Accessory, Travel Accessory, Mending Kit, Gift Box, Brooches, Face Masks, Handkerchiefs, Paintings, Buntings cannot be returned or exchanged
  • This credit note will only be good for one month. Within the time allotted for its validity, this voucher may be used to make a new online purchase. 
  • There will be no cash returns given. Replacement/exchange and Credit Notes (1-month validity - redeemable online and in stores) are available in all other circumstances. There will BE NO REFUNDS.
  • After the customer has made the payment, he or she will be notified right away if the goods are out of stock. The executive will contact the client if there is a problem.
  • If the saree has been altered with fall and edging, exchange is not possible.
  • If the item was specially made for you, exchange would not be permitted.

VALID return requirements:

  • The item, if any, must be in pristine condition.
  • Tags ought to be saved and given back.
  • The items cannot have been worn, washed, used, or damaged;
  • Promotional campaigns and discounted products are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
  • The original tax invoice, which must be submitted with the return.
  • You are responsible for paying the postage for returns and exchanges. As all returned packages remain the responsibility of the buyer until they are received by Vastranzo Sarees, we strongly advise you to send your package back through registered or traceable postal services.
  • Online purchases made in stores cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.
  • Products that have been stitched, altered, or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Policy on Cancellations:

Your online order can be canceled before the product is dispatched. You will receive a full refund for your purchase.
